Tianjin Fengning Electromechanical Products Co., Ltd., established in October 1999, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of barrier-free equipment and rehabilitation aids. It is also one of the earliest professional manufacturers in China to develop and produce chairlifts (also known as seated elevators) and wheelchair lifts. Its intelligent chairlift has been recognized as a "specialized, refined, and innovative" product by the Tianjin Municipal Government and included in the government procurement catalog. It is a designated product of the Ministry of Civil Affairs' "Fukang Project" and a key support project of the National "863 Project," enjoying special support funds. The Ministry of Science and Technology and the General Logistics Department of the Central Military Commission have given full affirmation and strong support to this product. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. Currently, the company has nearly 50 independently developed patents and has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a contract-abiding and creditworthy enterprise, and a technology-based enterprise. In recent years, the company has expanded from the research and development and production of barrier-free equipment to comprehensively undertaking residential barrier-free renovation projects, particularly the planning, design, civil engineering construction, and supporting construction of rehabilitation products for age-friendly residential renovations, nursing home facility upgrades, and the renovation and expansion of rehabilitation hospitals.
