From quotation to installation

Based on the client's requirements, our technicians promptly arrived at the site to measure the stairs and then provided a quotation.

After signing the contract, we will design the track according to the client's staircase design.

Use CAD to design the track.

Quality control is implemented throughout the entire process, and production is carried out according to customer requirements.

Installation will be completed within approximately one day, according to the contract terms (the time may be extended if the track length exceeds the standard).

The chairlift comes with a one-year warranty.

To ensure the safe use of the equipment, maintenance and repair are required. Please sign a maintenance agreement.

Maintenance and management precautions

User

Necessary safety maintenance and other procedures for chairlifts must be performed by professional technicians. Users should not attempt to disassemble or repair them themselves.

Management of operating switch keys

After using the chairlift, the key must be removed. Please keep the key safe.

Regular inspection and maintenance

1. Please have professional technicians regularly inspect and maintain the equipment.

2. In case of malfunction or abnormal use, please contact professional technicians as soon as possible to repair the equipment.
